UPS Ground Residential Delivery is delivered Monday – Friday, USPS is Monday - Saturday. Orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern time will be shipped on the same day, otherwise within 24 hours. Orders placed Monday – Thursday normally ships within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday normally ships on Monday.
Domestic Shipping: Shipping cost is calculated automatically by UPS based on the weight of the package and the distance to its destination. All orders shipped within the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day and USPS Priority. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Are your books returnable?
Unfortunately, our books are not returnable. Our toys can be returned if they are in the original none open sealed package along with the receipt within 30 days.
How long does it take to ship items?
We generally ship items the same business day if orders are placed before 1:00PM EST. If not, the items will be shipped the next business day. So orders are received within 3 to 6 buiness days. Items that are shipped from the manufacture will ship within 3 to 7 business days as noted on items page.
Orders placed with UPS 2nd Day Air will be shipped the next business day if placed after 12:00PM EST. Packages will arrive two days after the ship date, excluding weekends and holidays.
